🕒 Cancellation Window

Prepaid Orders: Can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be canceled before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may be eligible for an exchange or return. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

🚚 Order Already Shipped?

If your order has already been dispatched:

     COD orders can be refused at the time of delivery.

     Prepaid orders may be eligible for return/exchange once delivered (if applicable).
